Join us in September 2024 for a week of self love, self connection, movement and nature. Our incredible venue, split between two spacious villas, two pools and small apartments are just a stones throw away from two beaches and an outdoor studio.
Perhaps you start your morning with a sunrise swim or participate in morning meditation before wandering to the studio for morning barre class. Post class, tuck into the hearty brunch and admire the mountainous views surrounding the venue. Kick back and spend your afternoon receiving a massage, reading that book that's been on your list forever or perhaps explore the area. In the late afternoon enjoy your next class of the day nestled in the olive groves, before heading for your two course evening meal catching up with likeminded women and creating new connections.

To reserve your place, a 30% non refundable deposit is required with no exceptions. The total amount will then be due 8 weeks prior to the retreat. Payment plans are available to pay in installments if you wish, just let me know in your initial message.
In the event of cancellation you are entitled to 50% refund (not including the deposit) if cancelled before the 8 weeks leading up to the retreat. If cancellation occurs in the 8 weeks leading to the retreat no refund will be issued.
