What equipment do I need?

Although you can adapt every class to do without equipment, we recommend investing in:

- A set of light weights (1kg or 1.5kg per weight)

- A pilates ball (maximum 8 inches)

- Loopy resistance band 

What is the best value membership?

The best value for money is our 'Annual Unlimited Membership' - this will give you unlimited access to all content for a year. 

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership via the app or website. On the app click the icon on the top right hand side of your homepage -> View/Cancel. On the website, login first, then scroll to the bottom of the classes page -> Manage Subscription. *Please don't delete your account before cancelling your subscription first. 

I forgot to cancel my membership, do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds.

How many times a week do you recommend taking class?

We recommend taking class atleast 3 times a week. This of course depends on your goals and what your other activities look like during the week. 3 classes gives your body a chance to recover properly, whilst being frequent enough to notice results. If you have been taking class for a while, working up to 5 classes a week is a possibility but aim for atleast 2 rest days a week.
