What equipment do I need?

Although you can adapt every class to do without equipment, we recommend investing in:

- A set of light weights (1kg or 1.5kg per weight)

- A pilates ball (maximum 8 inches)

- Loopy resistance band 

What is the best value membership?

The best value for money is our 'Annual Unlimited Membership' - this will give you unlimited access to all content including on demand, challenges past and present and any live zoom class for a year. 

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your account, select 'Active Packages' and scroll down to your membership where you can select 'Cancel.' You will have access to your membership until the next billing period begins. Once cancelled, you will be notified via email. Please note, simply deleting your account won't cancel your subscription.

I forgot to cancel my membership, do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds.

How many times a week do you recommend taking class?

We recommend taking class atleast 3 times a week. This of course depends on your goals and what your other activities look like during the week. 3 classes gives your body a chance to recover properly, whilst being frequent enough to notice results. If you have been taking class for a while, working up to 5 classes a week is a possibility but aim for atleast 2 rest days a week.
